It's pretty sad that the company that has their reputation. Based on we will pay you if you're injured and you're missing work, but when you get an aflac policy that's not included. And they do not tell you that so now I'm paying premiums for a service that I can't even use because it was implied that it was already there simply by stating the name of what they cover. I filed my claim almost 2 months ago now on January 18th. Immediately followed up with my agent to ask if more information was needed, because the website said I needed more information. Was told by my agent that the website was wrong and my claim would be processed in 14 days. Approximately 3 weeks after that I was told I needed more information, which I provided Immediately and was told it would be a few more days.
