This is not good
The worst experience we have ever had with any company. After decades of premiums we made one claim. My wife tripped, and a few weeks later her shoulder still hurt. So, she made an appointment with her regular physician. Unforunately, this led to Dr. visits, rehab, rotator cuff surgery and weeks of missed work. AFLAC covered nothing. NOTHING. They originally claimed that they didn't have to cover any accidents that weren't reported within 72 hours. Later they passed off the blame to a secondary complany that they had hired. ... read more
I would not waste a penny on AFLAC! They want to take premiums every month but do not want to pay out! When you do file a claim, they extend things out so long and try to give the run around, demanding repetitive paperwork, and then more of the same, til people get tired of trying and just give up!
