I've been with Aflac for some time now, I had an active long term claim open and my case manager of my short term claim decided to reopen a short term claim while long term was already active. I found this odd so I called the next day to confirm that it was normal to have my long term and short term open at the same time and the representative told me that they both pertain to me so naturally I confided on Aflac and used the money. If you have short term disability, They do not help you if you have to have your female parts removed. And if you do physical labor you cannot go back work until your full 6 weeks are up.
There are a few acronyms you need to know about Aflac locations. The TOWER is the main HQ building. CSC is next to the tower. ASC is also in town off Brown Avenue. PSA is the LARGE facility out at Corporate Ridge.
