No one returns emails and they have agents that don't respond to inquiries.
Piss poor excuse for an insurance company. Every time you send in what is requested they find something else to delay. I wonder if they ever pay anyone.
I have never submitted a review of anything before but I have also never been this angry before. I obtained coverage in October 2024 and gave birth to my child in March 2025 (early c-section) I applied for coverage afterwards and was informed that my time would be covered up to 6-8 weeks. For the next 6 weeks (as I did not work and was not paid) I was sent on a wild GOOSE chase with AFLAC stating I needed to upload "office notes from my initial consultation".
