They never came when the heat went out. Called at two in the morning and kept calling. They kept saying the technician will call me back. Never did. I had to call someone else. This was absolutely disgusting. They let my family freeze.
so never call them if you have an emergency they will never come if your water heater cracks and its field in your basement with water they won't come to help you even though you have a contract that you pay for the workers have no humanity and no kindness they treat you like you're a jerk you pay for a service and you hold for their help they never come I'm so disappointed for a company that was recommended to me by neighbors and friends who have also dropped their services it's an embarrassment to even have them on Angie's... read more
I have had a contract with AFJ for many years. I highly recommend them! My heat stopped working last night. I called at 6am this morning, and someone was at my home around 8am, and fixed the problem. Best part was, that it was covered under the contract! Honest, reliable and now my home is toasty warm!
