This is one of Patricia’s daughters. Mom is 92 and has Alzheimer’s. My sisters and I speak for her. Anyway, ALL the staff at Afinia Dental-Orchard Hill-Fairfield were very respectful, patient, nice, sweet, understanding, and very gentle with Mom. They explained everything that was being done or going to be done in ways that we could understand. We are looking forward to going back to finish this first appointment and future appointments.
I'm so glad I found this dentist office! They are everything you could want in a dental provider and then some! We are very satisfied with the services we received here!
Clean, friendly environment. They examined my teeth but didn’t clean them. I thought all services came with a dental cleaning
Everyone was extremely nice. I am one of the patients with dental anxiety so it was unexpected to see that the previous dentist had left. No notice to the dental patient's was provided to my knowledge, and it increased my anxiety. With that being said everyone was kind, professional and understanding of my anxiousness.
