IMPORTANT - READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW Initial visit: What a pleasant experience. Professional. Thorough explanations. Detailed (printed) list of recomnended procedures - with costs (if out of pocket and codes for dental insurers to help select an appropriate plan). Confidence building. Personable. Easy rapport. Really nice office staff. Krista (hygienist) and Dr. Runyon far exceeded my expecations. They have earned a new, ongoing, patient. 2024 update: no longer a customer! Affinia could not retain an actual dentist!
Very thorough with X-rays and explanations. Friendly group.
