women please avoid at all costs. Front desk is so rude. They only allot 20 minutes from checkin to leaving to have the procedure. It’s such a vulnerable setting for women and to be treated badly is just awful. Look elsewhere, ladies!!
BEWARE and avoid at all costs
Bad experience before even going to this place or meeting the doctor. I made an appointment through Zocdoc and got a call. The scheduler confirmed the new appointment time I had rescheduled to over the phone. After hanging up, I realized she had canceled my appointment. I rescheduled again, and she also canceled that one shortly after with barely any explanation. I have never experienced something like this before. Very confusing and disappointing. Probably meant to be that I steer clear from here anyway.
I visited Dr Arthur for a routine pap and she was lovely and gentle in nature. Bedside manner is everything in a vulnerable medical setting, so I recommend this office for anyone looking to get their annual check up. Please note - the office was hard to find and the google pin takes you to the wrong building. The office is located in Building C on Level 2. I recommend parking closest to building C as it can be tricky to walk to from the front parking lot off El Camino and the signage is next to none.
I made an appointment with Dr. Arthur because I hoped this would be a better option than urgent care; however, the appointment ended up being a complete waste of my time. I explained my concerns and felt dismissed rather than heard. I was told to expect lab results back within three days but had to call the office to follow up myself 8 days after the appointment after I had not heard from them.
