I started my locs with Afia and have been going here for the past 4 years! Today I had the pleasure of Nana re-twisting and styling my locs. Let me just say… it came out amazing 😻!!!
I drive 1 hour just to get my hair done at Afia Locs, and it’s always worth it. Afia and her team are very kind and make me feel comfortable every time. The atmosphere is welcoming, the environnement is nice and clean, they offer snacks and drinks, and the result is always beautiful. I’m satisfied every time I go, and I highly recommend Afia Locs for anyone looking for quality service and hairstylists who truly care about their clients!
I’m so happy to share my experience this salon! Nana always does an amazing job on my locs! I’ve been going to her for years and my hair always comes out neat, and fresh. The new salon is clean, spacious, and has a great team of new stylists. Highly recommend!
I just made my 3rd appointment at the salon with Muva Earth. She has done a phenomenal job with styling and keeping my hair healthy. She also has great energy. I live about an hour away from the salon, but it's worth the trip. When I move in the spring, I will be about 2.5-3 hours away and I'll still be making the trip! The experience that she provides is worth it. 10/10
The salon is very clean and welcoming, and I want to be fair by saying everyone I interacted with was kind. My stylist, Nana, was very nice, and another stylist, Muva Earth (who wasn’t even doing my hair) went out of her way to check on me, offer snacks and drinks, and make sure I was comfortable.
