They are definitely the worst company ever. They do not know how to handle things and they are very lack of information related to home refinancing and purchasing. They choose the wrong appraisal which made you demoralized. Those are unprofessional. They also make comment even though they do know nothing. It was obvious that they took my 525 fo no reason and it was proven twice that they were wrong. When you contacted them they do not respond to you. Do not use them as they are the worst.
