The front end customer service team are fantastic. Came in for a pick up and part was ready. Have a great range of agricultural and gardening items along with tractors and plenty of sundry items inside. Worth a visit
Avoid, avoid, avoid. AFGRI returned our much loved tractor after curious "repairs", and whilst they've readily acknowledged that yes, the original manual and parts list was with the tractor when towed to their service centre, they won't return the following: a) the original manual and parts list to us and b) most phone calls. HI AFGRI, PLEASE RETURN OUR LAWFUL PROPERTY.
I firmly stand behind this business, not only it's sales department but also the customer sales parts department. I'm myself a two time new commercial zero turn buyer. I thought surely sitting in the Z720s seat would be the highlight but found time and time again Jason's attitude behind the parts counter to be most helpful in many ways. Sensational feel in the showroom and on the pavement of the green machines!
