I'm 69 and want to stay strong with aging. Afforest has a boomers class that modifies the exercises for our class. You're still working hard and working up a sweat but Zach makes sure we don't do anything that can cause an injury. This group came into my life when I really needed it. It's not just for strength it has helped my mental health too!
Love this place! Great coaches and members.
