It took 5 weeks from my initial call to completed clean-up service for the removal of a 12 x 5 ft high pile of tree branches. Glad it’s done now, but we missed 2 different scheduled lot photo shoots after being told it would be done. The bill would have been much more in line with 5 day service than 5 week service, with 4 calls needed from me to follow up.
I have been a Sunriver customer of Affordable yard care for 20 years, Jeremy has never let us down, he puts his customer first, but today he went above and beyond…. I called his office this morning and made a incredibly unreasonable request…asking that he might possibly come TODAY (in the midst of their crazy busy spring clean up season) because we are hosting a birthday party at our house tomorrow. Needed sprinkler system blow out and Affordable responded quickly with an impending snow storm and freezing temperatures on the way. The helper, David, was friendly and efficient and we are very thankful for the excellent response and service.
Recommend highly. Always served our needs for landscaping and exceeded my expectations.... Mike
I have yet to find a good yard care company in the Sunriver Area. Today, Jeremy the owner of this company, Affordable Yard Care was incredibly nasty while talking to me on the phone. I own a vacation rental and manage it from afar and I just wanted a reliable landscaping company and this business is NOT reliable. Not only are they not reliable, the way he spoke to me was incredibly unprofessional. He even hung up on me. Think twice before using them.
