This company is very rude and unprofessional, and so is the owner, I will never refer anyone to this company or purchase anything from this company. You purchase windows and they tell you that the windows will arrive on a certain date but they never do, it takes months to receive a order and they always give the run around and have attitudes
I am an old customer of Affordable Window's and Doors and had all my windows replaced in 2015 for a home I purchased that had 2 broken windows. The sales person convinced me to have 12 windows replaced. Soon after having a positive experience with the windows I then replaced my 2 front doors and finally the large window above the 2 front doors. We have used them twice both times we can't even get a call saying the windows are in. I have had to hunt the salesman down to ask if the windows are in and try to get scheduled. The second set of windows we ordered has taken 6 months with no communication from Affordable. I tried to express my frustrations with the owner and he tried to blame me and take no responsibility. I ordered windows and when they came to install them, one of the windows was cracked. The sales person told me they could have a new window in by the next week, but It took almost 3 weeks for the repair window to come in. I then scheduled an appointment on 4/21/17 at 4:15 to have the window installed. I took time off work to make sure that I would be home in time. 90% of her complaint is false. I did not use the word honey at no time. She called 3 times after hanging up twice. She was rude and bossy would not let me get a word in. I did tell her that the salesman gave her a courtesy call. She said we were unprofessional. I told her it would have been unprofessional if he did not give her a courtesy call.
