Jeannie answered her own phone on a Sunday. We set an appointment for Tuesday, between 1 pm and 2 pm. I received a call at 12:30pm that she was on her way. The owner came out herself to speak with me !!! She arrived right on time and had many different samples of tints, colors, and manufactures with her. Jeannie looked at my window with a magnifying glass, lying on the floor by my sliding doors. I asked "what are you doing". Jeannie answered the phone herself and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the tint procedure, workmanship, apllication & removable and was so nice even though I did not do the work there because she is further than expected. Very high rating 9
Very helpful and accomodating. The owner tried 4 or 5 different hurricane/heat control window films until we found just the right one that was in compliance with our condo boards standards. Would use them again.
