The team was nice enough when coming by to measure the windows for install and I proceeded to go through with the project. I was attracted to the lower bid and should have had questions from that point. The owner repeatedly put me off when I asked for him to come back and measure a few more windows to add to the job. The company wasted valuable time ultimately telling me that they couldn't take on my project due to not being confident. I would be cautious about hiring this company to do any work in the future.
I am so happy I chose this company to replace my windows. I had all the windows in my Poulsbo home done, and they did an excellent job. Jeff didn't leave even a speck of dust -- he vacuumed the entire rooms even though he was only working in a small area. He even fixed a minor issue that I was having with a board under one of the windows. Also, the price was more than fair. I'd leave them a hundred stars if I could!
Exceptional experience in every way. Excellent communication, customer service and value. Skilled and experienced installers did an outstanding job, and the timeframe was about 1/3 what was expected. Could not be happier with this company, and will definitely use them again in the future.

I just had a bizarre and rather ugly encounter with Karl Buchmeier, the owner of Affordable Window Soultions. I asked him if he had a mask as our household needs to be cautious regarding respiratory infection. He said he didn’t have one. I was just about to offer him a new mask when he stated that he couldn’t help us, handed me his card and walked off. I asked him (as he’s walking away apparently angers) why he couldn’t help us. He replied “my contractor won’t wear a mask and neither would he!” I’m left completely bewildered... read more
