We've used this company before and will used them again when the need arises. This time, I sent a text to Nick on Sunday (with an apology). On Monday, he already sent someone to measure the dimensions of the broken glass that needed to be replaced on one window. Within the same week his worker Russ returned, replaced the broken glass on one window, repaired another broken window and replaced three window screens. Very professional people, very respectful and efficient. The price was good too.
I put a deposit down for a window replacement in November. Weeks went by. I called and asked for an install date. They ghosted me on every date they gave me with zero prior communication, despite promises of a call back. At one point I wondered if they had gone out of business. I finally called and made a fuss. When they finally installed the window I paid them promptly, only to get a call the very next day to ask me where the payment was.
