Quite sorry to write this review, but have to. Called in for a walk in appointment and was lucky to get in within 20 minutes. Although Jessica was very accomodating and nice and we had a good chat, the service on its own ended up being disaster. I took brazilian waxing, did it after a long time so expected it would be painful. It took about an hour and the pain was unbelievable, but I have survived and was calming myself down thinking - ok it is probably because of the "long time no wax" reason.
