Had $4000 taken from us during the sale of the company, we were never contacted about it….we were then asked to agree to about $1000 worth of work/equipment to “make up for” the $4000. We signed paperwork for this transaction and haven’t heard a word since. We are regular working people who in no way could afford to lose this money and still need the work done but don’t have the means now. This is not an exaggeration, this happened to us.

. The staff was enjoyable to work with, were very neat & took pride in there work. My uranium was so high another large water treatment company would not touch my system. The took the radon out & reduced the hardness as well.

This company was sold to A-Z Water Systems in 2020. I had rated the previous owner as a 5-star winner for responsiveness, price and technical expertise. I'm generously giving the new owner 2-stars for empty promises and substandard service.

Very knowledgeable and professional team. Kevin and Tessie took the time to answer my questions and explain the system and how it works. Phone calls were promptly returned, showed up on time, left the area clean and neat. Price for the system was very reasonable and competitive. Great experience from start to finish.
