I have severe issues with dust mites and mold. When we wanted to tear out our carpet I had to have someone who was going to be very careful and knew how to keep the dust down and handle the mold if any. Thankfully none was found. When Daniel came to do the estimate he was very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. He put my concerns to rest quickly and explained the process they would use when removing the carpet. I can’t recommend Affordable Water Restoration enough! I had mold due to a roof leak. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim and thus I had to self pay for mold remediation. From the first onsite estimate to the final mold report (no mold left behind!), Daniel was responsive, honest, on-time, and beyond accommodating. Affordable Water Restoration really are life savers! We’ve had to use them twice now and both times they are so considerate and great to work with in times that aren’t the easiest being a leak or flooded floors. Definitely recommend (we’ve used them twice) from the first call in to the finished project the entire team treats you like you’re family!
Danny & Anthony did a great job & Jason followed up with the inspection after the remediation. Multiple handymen came by after and mentioned how great of a job they did. I hope I don't have to contact them again. But if I do, they'll be at the top of the list.
