I am profoundly deaf caused by genetics starting at age 37 and I use high powered digital I have sound I have no concept of volume I apologize all the time but help on phone say your yelling at me I don’t have to take this I apologize all over and over and they hang on me me or put me on hold when I call apologize for volume but they are hateful and rude. Loud noisy work destroys decimals of hearing they be like me one day
