It’s been two weeks and various calls to get my dog’s records, today I stopped my workday called right when you opened and Morgan reassured me she would send my dogs records immediately I’ve checked my spam email I’ve checked both emails and there is no emails from your clinic I will be coming personally I will have to stop my day and drive 40 minutes to come get his records in person. I can’t believe it has been this difficult and so much effort! If you cared for animals and their well being this would never be an issue.
RecommendedI have been taking my dog here for 6 years. The vet and staff has always been pleasant. They are very helpful and shows that they care about my dogs health/wellness.
If you care about your animals I would avoid this place. The vet is rude and talks down to you like you’re an idiot. My dog would still be here if I just chose a different vet.
Dr. Duke and her staff are wonderful. We have recently moved to Belleville and transferred all our pets here and could not be happier with them.
I love it here. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and so caring with my dog. They know her as soon as I come through the door, scheduled or not. :)
we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our older dog down due to serious medical problems cancer being one of them, we were questioned and treated like we were putting down a dog for no reason . losing a family member is hard enough and we were made to feel even worse by this vet office. I have now found out we are not the only ones treated like this ! seems all they are concerned with is making money !! I.WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS VET OFFICE ! AND will TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE !!!
Dr dukes is very passionate about her animals, very personal and great to talk with and so understanding
My cats Biggie and Kim have been going there for years. Staff is always friendly and caring. Highly recommend.
