The cost for pet care is very high in most places, so I appreciate their affordable fees especially since I have five cats. However, I do have a few complaints. The biggest complaint is that the pet owner never gets to see the vet or go inside with her pet. Instead, the pet owner is relegated to the large front porch which has very few seats or can choose to sit in the car to wait her turn while the pet is taken inside.
