My experience with these guys has been great. I bought a used mismatched washer and dryer. They had it delivered and installed within a week. I ended up having issues with the dryer and replaced it under the warranty. The replacement works great. Every interaction I've had with the gentlemen in store as well as the delivery was positive and seamless! Definitely highly recommend this place 👌
My wife & daughter went to get a dryer today, very unhelpful staff all the way through. Especially when it came to loading and dropping it down in the truck. Probably some sort of company policy to not help customers (because they already have your money anyway) but would have been nice if they would have.
Absolutely thrilled with the customer service Skylar provided. The refrigerator they delivered could not do dual temperature. The freezer temp for the freezer also froze the refrigerator section for produce and milk. When I returned to the store to get a different one, it was not problematic. Picked out one with dual temperature settings and they will exchange and deliver at no additional charges. Wow, that is definitely customer satisfaction mission statement in action.
11/28/24 Used washing machine didn't even last 6 months before errors, 8 months before completely failing; while family is visiting no less. Update 12/12/24: They called to address my concerns after this review, however: Apologies to this vendor, a string/cat toy from the children's laundry somehow got past the inline filter/screen before the water pump and that was causing issues for cycles not to complete (because the pump couldn't get the water out).
