UPDATE: 1/16 The staff and crew was able to take care of my situation with my delivery. The staff at the store and also the District Manager were very apologetic and sorry about what happened to my delivery. I got email, text and phone call to make sure it was taken care of. I really appreciate the fast response of my review and made it right..Thanks!!
I bought a fridge from the store on Colorado Blvd and it was supposed to be delivered on 1/8. I didn’t know when they were supposed to come so I went back to the store and they said the truck broke down cuz of the snow. So today 1/9 I get a text from “Fabian” saying he will deliver between 3-530. It’s now 7:00 and still don’t have no fridge and still didn’t get any call to give me an update. I’m so frustrated.
