I bought several appliances as I was trying to save money. All the the appliances I purchased are broken and had to be replaced. I had to pay to have the appliances hauled away that I purchased. I called two days after they had been delivered at which point I was told they were no longer in business. So much for saving money...
I Love this place. Any appliance that I purchased from them have ALWAYS Been an excellent deal. Great employees very friendly and eager to help. I still after 6 years my upright freezer and I also purchased a secondary fridge are still operating just as good as the day I purchased them. The delivery guys are also pretty good. All in all it's been a fantastic experience with more than fair prices.
They do Great work and have a friendly staff.and reasonable pricing.
The washer they delivered did not work properly and the man who delivered it was so rude I did not want to call them even though it was under warranty. The on/ off knob was put on with gasket glue and when I pulled it it came off. I called a friend and he fixed it with JB weld and it works fine now, I just had to wait 24 hrs for it to dry. I would rather call a different repair guy than have them fix it for free on their warranty. The uneasy feeling of someone being rude is not worth it.
