Affordable Tree was excellent and provides certificates of insurance. Removed a large oak tree near the house meticulously. Climbed and trimmed a backyard tree with precisian. Yard was cleaned of all debris and raked. Very reasonable, on time, and professional.
These were some of the most professional folks with a tremendous work ethic. I was extremely impressed with how carefully and intelligently they approached a difficult job. They worked non-stop all day and exceeded my expectations in all ways. I will continue to use their services.
Here's the thing. If you don't show up for a scheduled estimate and then don't return any subsequent calls in attempts to reschedule, then you don't run a good business. I cancelled appointments waiting for you. You're rude and you've wasted my time. If I could award you negative stars, I would.
How can you rate a company that doesn't show up for a schedule appointment!?? I was supposed to meet with someone for a quote about 7 months ago and they called about 1/2 hour prior to our appointment and cancelled. I said I understood (things happen, right?) and he said he would call back to reschedule.... I have a busy life, but kept it in the back of my mind, but it wasn't a priority at the time...
