i genuinely cannot recommend Transmission Rich enough! he went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process of getting my transmission replaced. he kept me updated, communicated with the evil Nissan dealership on my behalf, and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to deal with. what really blew me away was the level of customer service. when my car was finally ready, Transmission Rich went out of his way to pick it up personally and deliver it to me. he absolutely did not have to do that, and i can’... read more

I brought my Ford Focus in after I was referred by Foster’s down the road. I initially spoke with Alex who was a total sweetheart and made me instantly feel less stressed about a stressful situation. Thereafter I primarily worked with Chris who was very communicable, and fast. They walked me through each step and price and sent me an online approval portal to approve and pay for the necessary steps which I’ve never seen with a car shop but absolutely love. EDITING TO ADD: After I paid almost $4000.00 for a company van to be "repaired" they are trying to charge close to $1000 more for stuff that "came up." Alex promised a little over $1200.00 OFF initially and now he's trying to get that back by charging me for what? I would understand if we drove it off the lot but he has had my vehicle for almost a month now. I need this for a job asap and was promised it would be fixed after a week. Horrible service , everybody on this page stated there statement and it’s a honest review . Sabotage customer vehicle and up charging at there best . Do Not waste your time comming to this place . Can not meet deadline as promised. Also can lie at there best . If I can give them a negative review I would .. customer work to hard for there money to be treated wrongfully.
