Excellent service and a fair price
We traveled about 16 hours from Kansas when 1.5 hours out our transmission stopped switching gears. We were able to gimp it to PCB, but knew our transmission was toast. It unfortunately was Saturday when we arrived, but called first thing and Dustin was so nice and helpful and said bring it right on in. Thankfully they had prebuilt transmissions on the shelf and had our chevy sub. turned around in 24 hours. Dustin was amazing, explained everything thoroughly and was very empathetic to our situation. Dustin was helpful and explained the issue, gave us options, and recommendations, on how we could get the part, even when it was work they wouldn't do (they stick to transmissions and thankful ours was a much easier fix). We were back on the road with a working car in under 30 minutes.
Took my wife's car in to have the transmission swapped out. Of course it being a 2016 Chevy Malibu limited ltz just getting the transmission wasn't easy. After transmission was replaced still had the same issue and Dustin said he would find the problem and get it fixed. Unfortunately the transmission we got to replace the bad one was bad as well. This is the worst transmission shop I've ever seen. Your employees need to learn how to do their jobs and I will never recommend this place to anyone that's the truth. Your place sucks!
