Excellent customer service, quick repair, and the price was lower than I was expecting. Unexpected vehicle problems can be very stressful but Affordable made it an all-around great experience.

I had a great experience with Affordable Transmission. They worked on my 2007 Lexus GS350 and did an excellent job getting it back on the road. The owner, Mike, was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure the repair was done right without overcharging. I was sent to this location by my original transmission shop to complete a repair under a nationwide ATRA warranty. The experience was appalling from start to finish and the shop ultimately refused to honor the warranty. Refusal of Service: The employee, Miguel, was immediately cold and dismissive upon hearing the repair was a warranty claim.
