I was sent to this location by my original transmission shop to complete a repair under a nationwide ATRA warranty. The experience was appalling from start to finish and the shop ultimately refused to honor the warranty. Refusal of Service: The employee, Miguel, was immediately cold and dismissive upon hearing the repair was a warranty claim. Just FYI Dont bother calling for a quote. Theres tons of other shops that will instantly give you a quote over the phone. These guys will not. They want to inspect the vehicle for who knows what. I told them excatly what I wanted, a new tranny, thats it, and nope, no quote. If someone can't give you a quote over the phone they simply don't have the experience so why risk it taking it here ?

Excellent service, they do what they can to help you out without having to do the most expensive options first. Super impressed with them. If I ever need service again, they will be my go to every time!
