They were fantastic when I needed a tow to the shop. They were professional and courteous from the first phone call. Service was prompt, and the driver was efficient and friendly. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, I'll have them saved in my contacts and won't hesitate to call them.

He calls his business "Affordable Towing." $1,500 to bring an F350 from Rennsselaer to Edinburg. 60 miles, max. About $22 per mile. Seriously??? That was $1,000 higher than the next lowest guy.

Waited for an hour and a half, called to see where they were, owner hung up on me. Called back, no answer, called again, still no answer. Called another tow company to find out it's the same owner.He became irate. Meanwhile the driver finally calls and says the price has gone from $275 to $600.
