Based on reviews at this site, we called last year to replace one of two broken springs on the garage door. Stephen came, took both springs off and replace them with just one spring. The way the track bar bent when trying to open the door... obviously the spring wasn’t heavy enough. He that there was no need. Two days later, I called cause it just wasn’t right. Fixed my garage the same day I called ,at like 6 pm. I had an issue where the door wouldn't shut all the way. Again , came back the same day and fixed problem within minutes! At 8 pm!Highly recommend! Robert Williamson was awesome! Will definitely use this company again,if the need arises! I called three different places, and they were the only ones to answer phone. Representative said Robert would call me back within 30 minutes, and he did! Great communication and fast results!
