Over the past 15 years, we have used this company multiple times. The very first was when our initial hardware for a retractable awning had an issue and they agreed to come fix it even though they did not install it. Our original installer retired. We then bought a new canopy. Ten years later, we bought another one. They are a friendly, reliable family owned business. I would highly recommend them. Don L.
