Here it is the 16th of June and I am still waiting for my 12 ft X 17 ft awning to be put back up for the season (It takes 2 people 1 & 1/2 hours). I've been a customer for over 9 years and have purchased 3 awnings from Affordable, 1 that stays up all year, a retractable and the one I'm still waiting on to be put back up. BEWARE - BEWARE of this company. Andrea's biggest concern is that they have over 600 customers to service. She said it still has been snowing! Not in the past 15 days or more. They now offer a Pre-Paid list which includes an EXTRA FEE if you want your awning up in the Spring. BUT only select customers received this offer. Do not expect anyone to return your call. The business was opened for 2 more hours and no one was available!

Wow what a terrible experience I have had with this company to book tables and chairs for my wedding Septmeber 26th 2020. After not getting the email with my contract I figured that they wrote my email down wrong. I then sent them an email so they could have the correct email to let them know I did not get the emailed contract. A few days passed and I still did not get it. Horrible to deal with ! No problem taking my money but we could not be told the truth from the start . Linda G**** and her company must have enough business to just refund our money then make it right .After three months of waiting to get installed they now want to tell us their still working on last years order. My money will be well elsewhere.

We had them replace an existing awning and everything went well for a couple years. We pay them to put up the awning at the beginning of the season and take it down at the end of the season. We cannot seem to get them to put up or take down the awning in a timely manner. The owner Linda Gross told me that they cannot possibly give me a timeframe for when my awning will be put up, because she has 500 awnings she is storing and putting up for people this year. After I purchased my house last fall, the previous homeowners had never told the company that they have moved(they of coarse do not follow up with homeowners before they show up). They showed up at took my awning. I eventually figured it out, but it has turned into a nightmare. I contacted them with updated information and told them that I wanted it cleaned in the fall. We were quoted for prices and was told that it was already in storage, and it would need cleaned when they took them out of storage in the spring. I was prom... read more

These people quoted me a price, took my credit card and then tried to raise the price $200.00. They then told me it wasn't worth their efforts to send their guys out unless I paid the extra money. I would be cautious about doing business with them.
