Dropped off taxes for amended return because of missed deductions, can not get ahold of anyone to get my taxes back,been calling and texting for 31/2months,no answer
Nobody answers
Very disappointed. 20 minutes past our appointment we asked how much longer to be seen, only to be told 15 more minutes. 10 minutes later we decided to just leave. The office WREAKED of cigarettes (seriously, just look at the planter pot FULL of them) and the staff was not very friendly. She could definitely have been a nice woman but the complete lack of timeliness and overwhelming cigarette smell gives this a zero star.
DO NOT USE this company. She has no clue what she is doing. Came to her in July of 22 about an inheritance, said “it’s not taxable and you don’t need to pre pay”. Cost me over $2000 in late fees and penalties. Had my tax documents since Feb of 23, didn’t get them done in time, finished them in June. Cost me over $2000 in late fees and penalties. This lady is so incompetent. Plan on hearing from my attorney.
Claudia has had my taxes for over two months. Very poor communication. She does not return voicemails or text messages. She has since blocked me - very unprofessional and will not return my paperwork.
