Despite battling a serious heart condition and being in and out of the hospital for the past several months, Matthew went out of his way to make sure a tax situation was resolved, that had accumulated over the past several years, he explained that he had limited availability, due to his illness but was still able to resolve the problem!! If you’re looking for a good reliable Tax professional, I highly recommend using him!!
We met with and paid Matthew to do my parents taxes on 3/22/24. A few weeks ago my father noted he didn't receive his refund and it turns out this company NEVER FILED either his Federal or State return. I called and spoke with Matthew who said he would take care of it. Since then I have texted and called with NO response and they still have not filed the returns. This is a very poor way to do business, take an elderly man's money then not complete the service he paid for. I will never recommend this company.
I received exceptional customer service from Matt regarding my Florida State Retirement (FRS) pension taxes. His financial expertise and talent are truly commendable. I highly recommend his business and will enthusiastically promote it to others.
