bed bugs and roaches everywhere! They were there at arrival and they refused to move us. Insisted sending pest control. Others on our same floor told us they had the same issue and were leaving. We watched them toss several rooms of furniture out during our stay and still denied it was THEIR issue. Omg! Do not stay here! It’s so gross! It’s so dirty! The vents are covered with dust! The ceilings covered with dust! The curtains are covered with an inch of dust! I ask the house keeper if they can have curtains cleaned. They said no one cleans those. The halls are gross. Oh and the kicker is they advertise this amazing pool in the pictures but pool has been closed a long time and no plans to open. There is some crusty people living here. Its very scary. I tried to stay here for a weekend. Didn't even make it to the room. First of the light skinned receptionist with the hazel eyes was super rude. Second they tried charging me an extra $100 once I got there for deposit. I made my reservation on Experian. Once I refused to pay the extra $100 I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't authorize Experian to give the refund.
