No notice of my unit being raised upi tried to call and ask for reasons and no one returns the calls .it is clean however
I have never had an issue with my storage area. Lot is secure and so is the storage unit. I have no issues with the items being damaged in storage since I got it a few years ago. Costumer service is excellent.
