Storage unit was clean and spotless when I first moved in. No issues with payments. Highly recommended storage units with a compassionate owner
This has become a nightmare....two payments have been lost and now the company wants $599 or I lose everything in my unit....is it MY FAULT because they are not receiving their mail???? Total BS!
Can't leave a voicemail, nobody ever answers. The storage unit is always trashed on the outside. I've had to repair my tire because the place isn't taken care of. All of my stuff in my storage unit it destroyed due to lack of care and having an infestation of mice. Highly highly don't recommend getting a storage unit here unless you want the shittiest of experiences of services and or all your stuff ruined for a storage unit.
Terrible place to store you stuff. Can never get ahold of the lady. I haven't been able to Pay my bill because they haven't fixed their website. I've called and talked to the lady one time and she never called me back like she said she was going too a week ago. Now it's 5 days past due and that's when a late fee hits your account and I can tell you that I'm not paying no late fee for their problems and not doing their job.
