Jake was great to work with over the phone. Explained the plans, the setup, billing and more. Asked questions to get clarification so he could help me better. Excellent service and the facilities are new and clean.

I had a specific unit picked out and arranged to have delivered. The day prior to delivery I called to confirm and Keith informed me he had sold the unit that I had reserved. I had offered to leave deposit for the unit to prevent any issues but Keith assured me that was not necessary saying "I have multiple containers i'm not going to run out". This business is very unprofessional and does not care about customerservice at all.

We used the storage for our Company. The storage unit was clean, lots of space and easy to get in an out of. Staff were very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend.
