I called in and got the Customer Service Representative. I believe she said her name was Ashley. She went above and beyond to try to help me and followed through with her word on calling me back. She was super patient with me and even listened to me vent even thought she didn't have to. I greatly appreciate her! I definitely recommend talking to her if your able to.

We are extremely pleased with the service, care and customer interaction we have received from Brandy at the Jefferson City location. Before our big move from Indiana, I was very nervous about finding a clean, temperature controlled, well managed unit to store our furniture between moves. This one is a 10!!
