3 yr. Period. I get everything has gone up but $160 to now $200 month (10×20) We are about to go another direction, should have bought a nice yard barn to begin with. My Bad!

This company is wonderful to work with Brandi and Michelle are very nice, professional, helpful, and accommodating. The facility is clean, well laid out. They offer many sizes and climate controlled. I chose them because they actually have a manager on site, it is locked at the gates and does not operate by a Bluetooth phone app. There are no mattresses or garbage sitting outside in a heap. They take pride in their business. Thank you very much for providing great service. J

I called in and got the Customer Service Representative. I believe she said her name was Ashley. She went above and beyond to try to help me and followed through with her word on calling me back. She was super patient with me and even listened to me vent even thought she didn't have to. I greatly appreciate her! I definitely recommend talking to her if your able to.
