The only problem we ever had was we were late making a payment and they had our unit double locked (which we understand) but when we paid and brought it up to date on a Friday, the owner said we could not get into our unit until Tuesday. They do not have anyone in our community to oversee the property. IF MY BILL IS PAID, I EXPECT TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY! i give affordable storage 4 stars because in over 2 years, this is the only issue we have with them!

Convenient, easy online rental. Nice and clean units. Staff seems friendly from the few minutes I spoke with them.
It was an easy and quick process. And the units were affordable!
