Good pricing, easy online payments. Terrible customer service/communication on whoever the new owners are. I've called atleast 15 times within a couple days time frame, at all different times throughout the day because I had a question about my bill i wanted to figure out before I paid it so I wasn't paying more than I was suppose to be and they NEVER answer the phone, but then had the time to slap a late fee on it afterwards. Other than that it's a good storage unit.
