Worst experience of many years renting storage sheds. After 12+ months of renting the shed at this complex to store household contents & furniture, I unpacked it to move to another location and discovered it was rodent, cockroach & bird infested as well as water ingress from a leaking roof & wall that resulted in significant fouling of my contents. Real estate agent contacted & informed. Zero assistance offered. Do not risk valuables at this location.
