A very pleasant, simple, and affordable process. Working with Stacy, Brian and Tyler was great. Stacy guided me through the process of choosing a floorplan, floors, cabinets, tile, etc. Once that was settled Brian walked my property and we picked out the location for the house, driveway, etc. When the permitting process was complete and the financing was in place, construction began immediately. So, this review is long overdue. Stacy, Brian and Tyler worked with us on making our dream home a reality, and we could not be happier just over 2 years later. It’s been a bit over two years since the completion of our build with ASBH. We still have a great relationship with them. Anytime we have questions they are always there. I had a question about a paint color so I could purchase more. Quick and helpful always. Our home and all their homes are built like you would build for someone you care about. Nothing but problems when going through the building process. As others have stated, stay far away!!
As a new land owner, I had been working directly with the electrical and water utility professionals as well as Clark County Permitting and Land Use departments. When I asked them about a builder in the area, the name “Affordable Stick Built Homes” kept being offered.
