Josh was very informative. Very personable!
I Highly recommend Affordable Sprinkler, Josh is The BEST technician there is. Very professional, experience and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was going to do. When I used Affordable Sprinkler again I will ask for Josh. I was very happy with the work his helper William did, Great job.
We initially had a snafu where they didn't show up to turn on our sprinklers on the day we had scheduled it for but they reached out to correct the mistake. The guys who came out were professional and thorough and they threw in a discount to account for the initial oversight. Based on how responsive they were, I'm willing to treat that initial mishap as an unfortunate fluke.
First and foremost, this is not affordable!! Bunch of crooks who RIP OFF customers. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS. I REPEAT, THESE GUYS SAY ONE THING AND OVERCHARGE LATER. $95 service call was supposed go towards the labor related to the work. It was later denied and charged as a separate amount. Orbit sprinkler head Riser 6" is 69 cents are Menards. They charged $18 each. Owner is very rude and never listens to customer. NEVER GO TO THESE GUYS!!! THERE ARE BETTER BUSINESSES WHO ARE SINCERE AND HONEST! Owner is a liar too..... read more
Affordable is right. Josh walked with me before starting the job and went over the placements of sprinklers and valve boxes. Did 9 zones and 45 sprinklers in 5 hrs., checked coverage and made adjustments and added/moved a few to get better coverage. Loaded watering app on phone, explained/demonstrated each function and walked the yard as each zone functioned.
