Josh was very professional he explained the whole process from start to finish After they were done there was very little disruption to the I would highly recommend
I called YUCA for my water pressure, I found the sprinkler system not put in currect. I contacted Affordable and they said it would be a quick (1) hour fix. I was never given a quote for services except by phone. A plumbler came out and gave me a different cost. I paid him the cost quoted by phone and he gave me a different cost $20 higher. I emailed the company and they sent me an invoice for the original quote. What I desired was the difference between the material vs labor. Never got this. I Highly recommend Affordable Sprinkler, Josh is The BEST technician there is. Very professional, experience and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was going to do. When I used Affordable Sprinkler again I will ask for Josh. I was very happy with the work his helper William did, Great job.
We initially had a snafu where they didn't show up to turn on our sprinklers on the day we had scheduled it for but they reached out to correct the mistake. The guys who came out were professional and thorough and they threw in a discount to account for the initial oversight. Based on how responsive they were, I'm willing to treat that initial mishap as an unfortunate fluke.
