The could send me my hot tub cover that I paid for back on 5/22/20!!! What ever you do, do NOT order a hot tub cover (or anything else) from this company. I ordered my cover back on 5/22/20 and still have not gotten any type of shipping confirmation after asking for it repeatedly via email. You cannot reach anyone via phone either. I am selling my house and will most likely not even still be living in it when it gets delivered, if it ever gets delivered. My first tub was over 20 years ago. When we sold our house the buyers insisted the tub stayed ... I got more than enough $$ to purchase the New One. LOVE this Place !

Screwed us out of a hot tub warranty... more like chested is out of it and refused to help a small fix. Had to buy a whole new tub with no help from these horrible people. Awful service, cheaters, horrible business people. Do not buy from here or beware if you ever need something from your warranty.
