Excellent business a company that puts customers first A+
Called to ask if they would service my water softener(Puronics). He said he doesn’t nor does he service my area. He then asked a few questions and gave me professional knowledge that saved me hundreds of dollars on a service call that a plumbing company was going to charge me for no reason. I would absolutely use his service if I was closer to him. Stand up guy!
This was an excellent experience. Rob was great to work with. Honest and reliable. He answered all of our questions. He did a nice job installing the new unit, removing the old and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend him.
We have had Ron check out our water softener in the past. He is a very ethical business owner and talked me through the signals on my water softener to help me realize it is all working well. I will call him without hesitation if I need anything with my system.
I am renovating an old, 1970's condo and in the process a plumbing service told me my water softener was broken and I needed a new one. I called Affordable Soft Water as they were the company who originally installed the unit. Rob spoke with me on the phone and helped trouble shoot what the issue may be and then came out the next day to test my water.
