Horrible and unethical business
For the initial visit to measure my windows for shutters, I called their office 15 minutes after they were supposed to be at my house and was told they would be 1 1/2 hours late… no phone call at all from them to let me know… I had to call them. I gave them a second chance a week later and I double checked to make sure they would be on time- because this is a new construction and it was an hour drive for me. Great sales and service team. They were very patient with me as I received several quotes. They came to the house twice before taking the final order, to be sure all measurements were double checked. Upon arrival to install, they quickly got to work and were in and out in no time. They also did a great job of cleaning up any mess that was made during installation, which was minimal. I highly recommend them, as they have great prices, people and products.
Affordable Shutters did an amazing job installing our plantation shutters! The were great to work with, prices couldn’t be beat, and the install was quick and seamless. They were able to match the exact stain I was looking for. Would definitely recommend!
