Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed our septic system installation on time with outstanding workmanship. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered all our questions, and left the job site clean. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!
Affordable septic made a contract for three services over 4 months all prepaid $100 per service. They only completed two. They breach their own contract . They state the technician tried to call me, but he called me from his personal phone. I did recognize the his number because I don't know him. They stated that they called from the office once but no message was left. Why would you tap the power from my ac condenser to get power to the aerobic system you installed. Now that the aerobic system has an issue it has shut the power off on my HVAC system‼️🤯
Their service may be affordable but you will likely end up needing to hire a different company to do the actual work. I hired this company to locate the septic tank and drain field on a property I purchased. I gave them multiple chances but they still could not properly locate the septic tanks and drain field. My suggestion, choose another company.
I was in need of a new septic company and came across Affordable. I have used them several times now for septic pumping and maintenance and couldn’t be happier. They are very affordable and quick to respond. I highly recommend and will continue to use them for my septic needs.
