I have used Affordable Septic Services for 20yrs and have always been treated as a valued customer. Dispatch and drivers know their jobs well and explain every step of the process. All inspection paperwork for Vancouver was always submitted correctly and on time. Drivers have always been professional and cleaned up after service.
We had Affordable Septic come out to the house to test our Septic tank for the city, as we do every 2 years. They came out and dug a huge hole, did not put the area back the way they found it. When we turned our water on for the summer we found they broke a pipe. When we contacted them to come repair the damage they created, they said it was our fault, the pipe was too close to tank. WARNING! They want your Credit card number in advance before scheduling a appointment! Then after you schedule, they might call you back and reschedule you for days later! Now I need to watch my credit card for odd charges! I just might go thru the hassle of canceling my card! I DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS! BEWARE!
Initial bid was $330 there is no other mention of any additional cost I hired a man to come show them exactly where the septic tank was they charge me additional hundred dollars to remove some leaves a small amount of dirt over the lip Plus they charge me additional for anything over 1000 gallons in the tank was half-full seems like a scam to me very disappointed
They were really friendly and affordable.
