It was easy and convenient to rent units online, and the staff was quick to respond to my inquiries even over the weekend. I felt the pricing was very reasonable for what I needed. If you rent a climate controlled unit online, you may need a dolly or cart of some kind. Some units are a bit far from the entrance, and you can't choose the location online. I rented another climate controlled unit in person, and they got me closer to the door on request.
