I have rented from them two time previously with no issues. This time though...I am trying to rent a small unit and because it is the end of the academic year, students are moving their stuff out - understood. But I asked to be put on a waiting list and the manager told me they if someone calls, she doesn't bother to look at the wait list. This is after getting the run around between their various locations and actually filling out the form on their website and speaking to someone at a different location who was not helpful.... read more
